JULIA MENN is thrilled to be working with FACT again so soon, after portraying a twisted carnival owner this past summer for their staged reading The Song of Eddie King. She also had the privilege of portraying Rosalind in Shakespeare’s As You Like It at The Narrows Botanical Garden – Brooklyn’s premiere outdoor Shakespeare venue, with Act Out! Productions. Some other favorite roles include: Lucille Ball, The Faerie Queene, a baseball playing Holy Cow, a prostitute out for revenge, a doctor’s wife, and the girlfriend of Errol Flynn. Chapman Riedel (Standby/ASM) is thrilled to be making his Off-Broadway debut with Friends Alway Creating Theatre. He was recently featured in The Onomatopoeia Theatre Company’s production of August Strindberg’s “A Dream Play” at the Gene Frankel Theatre. In addition to his acting and singing pursuits, Chapman is a former television producer who now serves as Line Producer for The Deconstructive Theatre Project. Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Chapman holds a B.A. in Music and Government/International Affairs from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Ashley is thrilled to be making her Off-Broadway debut as Clia in A Mermaid’s Tale! She alos performed this role in The Secret Theatre presentation with F.A.C.T. last Spring. Her most recent roles include The Baker’s Wife in into the Woods and Olga in The Merry Widow. Having earned a Bachelor’s degree in vocal performance, Ashley hopes to continue performing on the professional level in the future..
BARRY SHEPPARD is from Livonia Michigan. He is a recent graduate of Maggie Flanaigan Studio, and an Eastern Michigan University graduate. Some of his favorite roles were Charles in The Lark and Lawrence in Home Free at Maggie Flanigan. Regional: Sweeney Todd, Little Shop of Horrors, Jesus Christ Superstar and Annie. Thank you to his Maggie Flanigan family, Mom, Samantha, Julie and Matt.
VICKI OCEGUERA (Standby/ASM/Assistant Director) is thrilled to be a part of another production with F.A.C.T.! She was most recently seen in F.A.C.T.’s Off-Broadway production of A Mermaids’ Tale as Trot. Other Off-Broadway credits: Treasure Island (Jim’s mother), Honestly Abe (Sally Lincoln), Kikki & Grandpa & Baby (Kat), Preschool (Jacky). Tour: The Jack Sprat Low-Fat World Tour (Gloria Sprat, et all). Regional Theatre: The Wizard of Oz (Dorothy), Grease (Jan).
Kyle J. Johnson
Kyle James Johnson
Kyle James is an actor/singer/dancer living in Brooklyn. Originally from Reno., NV, he thanks everyone back home who helped him get out to NYC. Kyle is thrilled to be making his Off-Broadway debut with “The Mermaids’ Tale and previously played Sacho/Anko & Zog during the Queens run. He wants everyone to have a blast (or a plash!) at the show! Much love, NYC, and remember…in New York, mermaids ARE real!”
Paige Felicia Mitchell
Paige has been pursuing a carrer in musical theatre ever since her starring role in Humpty Dumpty the Musical at the age of nine. Most recently, Paige had a solo performance in the Follow Spot at the Iridium Jazz Club and put her comedic chops to the test performing sketch comedy at The People’s Improv’s Theatre. Past credits include: You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Children of Eden, Gypsy, Barefoot in the Park, Bye Bye Birdie and many more. She is currently working on the completion on her first play, which she hopes to produce this Fall. Paige would like to thank her Mom and her NYC family for their constant love and support; also this amazing cast for contributing to this wonderful and rewarding experience.

JORIS DE GRAAF is thrilled to be working on ‘A Hansel and Gretel Christmas’, it being his first appearance in a FACT production. Originally from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where Joris was part of several Dutch productions (The Sound Of Music, The Seagull, Orestes) and also co-created and starred in an original production based on the book ‘The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat’ by Oliver Sacks (‘Gekkenwerk’) with Theatre Group: ‘Het Jonge Werk’. Since Joris finished his studies at ‘The American Musical and Dramatic Academy’, he has been part of multiple projects in NY including The Beautiful Soup’s revival of the Tony nominated musical ‘Rags’ and the Purple Threads Ensemble’s original production of ‘Dear Mr. Rosan’. ‘’ This Dutch Boy’s on Fire!’

Jack Dyville (Playwright)
JACK DYVILLE (Dramatists Guild, SDC, AEA, SAG) Co-Founder/Artistic Dir. F.A.C.T. 4 scripts Published with IE CLARK, Produced @ NY Fringe (‘04 & ‘09), Strawberry Festival, Wonderland NYC Fest, The Duplex, Playwright’s Horizons Invitational Forum. Performer/Choreographer – Broadway, Off-Broadway, Nat’l Tours, Summer Stock, Dinner Theatre. Taught Theatre/Dance 25 years. Dyville has been co-producer-director of a summer theatre, Youth Education On Stage in Williston North Dakota for the past 25 years. He taught dance for 20 years and is a certified Adjudicator with Dance Challenge.

John Stutte (Music & Lyrics)
John lives in Atlanta, GA and was born in Jefferson City MO. He studied piano, guitar and voice absorbed music from all directions. He studied classical music and composition from Lincoln University. He has composed choral, ensemble and piano pices for various events and occasions and focused on theatrical music in 2002. His first show Nap! was produced in 2003 and was recently adapted by audiences in Malaysia.John has been involved creatively with several community theatre productions in various locales. In 2009 John began working long distance with Jack Dyville on their first collaboration: Eeek! A Musical.
Monica Fritcher (Stage Manager)
Monica is a recent transplant to the New York theatre community. She grew up in Anchorage, Alaska. She then attended the University of Reno, Nevada where she received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Theatre, there she stage managed and costume designed numerous productions. She is excited to be involved in her first production in her new home!
Jeremy Neal (Company Manager/FACT, Director and Co-Producer “Eeek!”)
Jeremy Neal (company manager) is thrilled to be a part of this production. He does a little bit of this with a dash of that. He has performed or directed all over this great country and has worked in theatre management and event planning. His favorite color is orange, enjoys coffee and is thrilled when everyone joins in for an old fashioned sing-a-long. “Eeek! A Mousical” was presented as our January 2011 AEA Showcase presentation for our Family Fiction Series. A NY Premier, this 21st Century update based on the Aesop Fable ‘The Town Mouse & The Country Mouse’ has book and lyrics by F.A.C.T. (Friends Always Creating Theatre) Artistic Director, Jack Dyville and music and lyrics by Atlanta’s John Stutte.
The musical was written for Youth Education On Stage, Williston North Dakota and premiered there in July 2010. (Youth Education On Stage YouTube videos attached)
